Maestro James Lewitzke is an accomplished American composer who lives in Sheboygan, Wisconsin — a city with a population of around 50,000 that’s located about 50 miles north of Milwaukee (home of the annual Johnsonville World Bratwurst Eating Championship).

James is a bit of a prodigy in that he had no specific interest in creating music until his mid-20s when he decided — with no prior musical training — that he would try his hand at composing.

He started releasing original works in 2015 and, since then, he has composed several piano works, 2 Scherzos, 1 Orchestral Suite, 1 Symphony, and much more.

James is a fan of many different styles of music, but it’s the musical language of the romantics and neoclassics that influence him the most. James’ works are artful, complex and classically contemporary (see About James’ Style for more information).

Besides being an accomplished composer, James is quite a tech-head.

The Digital Audio Workstation he uses is Cubase by Steinberg, which is widely recognized as the benchmark for contemporary music production software.

James primarily creates his music with Vienna Symphonic Library’s Virtual Instrument Libraries, and occasionally dabbles with Omnisphere and a few of the Kontakt Libraries.

Whether you’re looking for a custom composition or an individual piece of music, Maestro James Lewitzke can deliver beyond your expectations.
